Grinder#2 - Alba

What is the past tense of Grinder?  Ground.  That is how most everyone felt at the completion of last Saturdays ride...Ground and beat down.  Alba did a fantastic job of living up to the hype.  It was steep, challenging, and will always be remembered.

Grinder#3 - Hicks-Mt. Umunhum

Grinder#3-Hicks-Mt. Umunhum is on October 10.  There is still time to reconfigure your bike's gearing so you can make it up the mountain.  Or, just bring a pair of sneakers so you can walk when necessary....

There will be a long and short option again for Grinder #3.
