Team Meeting - Saturday August 19
A Triathlon Team meeting is scheduled for next Saturday August 19, 2006, 1PM at Burgess Pool. We will meet on the grass area beside the pool. The agenda is:
1. Training and race focus for remainder of summer.
2. Fall training and race schedule, possible half and full marathon focus.
3. 2007 seasonal plan, possible races, olympic, half, Ironman.
4. Team restructuring and workout schedule.
Come prepared to propose races that you would like to do and events that you think would be good for the team to target next year.
Group Rides for Sat Aug 12 and Mon Aug 14
The August 12 ride Saturday morning and the Monday August 14 evening ride will be group led. I will be attending the Vineman event this weekend.
