Iron Training Camp-Carmel Valley

In four short weeks the second annual Iron Training Camp-Carmel Valley will begin.  This camp was a fantastic boost to everyone's training program last year.

Many of the attractions of last years camp will remain the same such as an opening run in Garland Ranch, long Course swims at Hartnell College, magnificent dinners at Los Laurels Lodge, massage therapists on Saturday night, running off the bike at Point Lobos, and cycling the entire length of Carmel Valley Road on Sunday.

Mark Montgomery will be our guest coach on Friday and Saturday and he will give a bike fitting and equipment presentation on Saturday night.

I will submit the final rooming list on Friday March 17, 2006.  We have the entire lodge booked until then, after that the rooms will be sold off to the general public, and it will sell out, so book your camp soon.

Lodging, all meals, 2 coaches, 2 presentations, 3 bike rides, 2 swims, 2 runs and wonderful scenery and people are included in the jam-packed camp.

By the way, Los Laureles Lodge is 100% secured.  There will not be any site changes!
